I began working for Shelter, a UK housing and homelessness charity, in 2023. As manager of the Dynamics 365 based Supporter CRM, I am responsible for the ongoing operation and development of the CRM.

The Supporter CRM serves as the single source of truth on the organisation’s supporters. Over 20 data sources connect to the Supporter CRM, letting the organisation view, manage and respond to petition signatures, campaign actions, donations, legacy pledges, event sign ups and more.

My responsibilities includes:

  • Gathering and prioritising user requests and requirements.
  • Sprint and project planning.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Managing data integrations and improving data quality.
  • Collaborating with the Data & Insight team to empower data driven decision making.

Supporter CRM Manager

2023 – present

  • Reduced Dynamics and licensing costs by 29% YoY, by conducting a licensing review, proposing and implementing a data lifecycle framework.
  • Created a Super Users group to empower teams across the organisation to adopt Dynamics features into their processes.
  • Implemented embedded Power BI reporting in Dynamics to enable users to access the effectiveness of campaigns without leaving the CRM.
